Description

This handcrafted small copper chainmaille dice bag is built for adventurers who like their gear solid, stylish, and a little legendary. Made from heavy 14 SWG, 5/16″ copper rings, it has a satisfying weight and a rich metallic finish that only gets better with age.

At about 17 ounces of solid copper, it comfortably holds about 25 standard polyhedral dice. A durable paracord drawstring, paired with a metal cord lock and metal cord ends, keeps your dice secure whether you’re heading to game night or packing for a convention.

Perfect for tabletop gamers, dice collectors, and anyone who appreciates functional chainmaille craftsmanship. Built to carry your dice and your destiny, crafted in true Geek Maille style. This is a one-of-a-kind piece, so once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Copper Care & Patina: Copper naturally darkens and develops a patina as it’s handled and exposed to air. This is normal, and many players love the aged, well-travelled look. To bring back the shine:

  • Empty the bag, then dip it in white vinegar for just a few seconds, or rub it with a lemon half dipped in salt.
  • Wash with mild dish soap, using a soft toothbrush to reach between the rings.
  • Rinse in cold water and dry it completely right away. A towel, then a hair dryer on low, works well. Leftover moisture speeds up tarnish.

Store it dry, ideally in a closed bag or pouch, to slow tarnishing. To learn more about copper and the other metals used in Geek Maille pieces, see A Maker’s Guide to Chainmaille Materials.
