Tell us what you’re looking for — weave style, colors, materials, size, and any special details. - Receive a Quote
We’ll review your request and provide pricing and an estimated timeline based on the project size. - Deposit Required to Begin
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure materials and start crafting. - Crafting Begins
Your piece enters the Forge Queue and is created by hand. - Final Payment & Shipping
The remaining balance is due when your piece is complete.

Custom dice bags are priced at our regular bag price plus a CA$25 design fee for the time spent planning and charting your pattern.

- All Forge-to-Order pieces require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
- Because these items are made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale.
- Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
⏳ Crafting Timelines
Custom timelines vary based on:
- Project size and complexity
- Materials required
- Current queue
- Weave pattern and detail level
Custom dice bags typically ship within 7 business days after you approve the final design.
Your build begins once we have your final design approval and deposit. The quicker you reply to design questions and proofs, the sooner your piece ships — delays in responding will push your ship date back accordingly.
Jewelry, scale maille, and larger or more intricate projects vary. An estimated completion time will be provided with your quote before crafting begins.
Sizing for Wearable Pieces
Accurate sizing is essential for bracelets, necklaces, and other wearable chainmaille.
Sizing must be provided by the customer to ensure the best fit.
