⚔️ Geek Maille Shipping Policy
Shipping Within Canada (For Local Heroes)
For adventurers across the Great North, Geek Maille ships nationwide for $10 CAD for your first item, plus $4 CAD for each additional item. Whether you reside in the frozen north or the bustling cities of the south, your gear will arrive safely and swiftly.
Prefer to retrieve your treasures in person? Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and claim your loot free of charge from our workshop. We’ll send you a message (no carrier pigeons required) when your order is ready.
International Shipping (Adventurers Beyond Our Borders)
Geek Maille proudly ships to heroes beyond our borders. U.S. orders can be placed right here in the shop with a flat shipping rate of $45 CAD. For all other countries, please contact us first for a shipping quote.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees charged by your local customs guild (a.k.a. government authorities). These additional costs are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. Sadly, we don’t have the divination magic to predict these fees — every kingdom has its own rules.
⚠️ A Note on Shipping Costs
International rates depend on distance, weight, and local carriers, and can vary greatly — which is why orders outside Canada and the U.S. are quoted individually.
If you’re ordering from outside Canada or the U.S., please visit our Contact Us page so we can discuss the best way to get your treasures delivered and provide an accurate shipping quote. All prices on our site are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid fees, original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
⏳ Shipping Times
All orders are crafted, packed, and dispatched with care. Please allow up to two weeks if your items are being forged (custom or made-to-order products). Once shipped, delivery times depend on your region and chosen shipping method.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order sets forth on its journey.
