Returns & Refunds Policy

We know buying online can sometimes feel like rolling a d20—you never quite know what you’ll get until it arrives! At Geek Maille, every item is handmade with care for fellow geeks, gamers, and collectors. While most treasures find happy homes, here’s our policy in case something goes sideways:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Quest Window: You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange (for ready-made, non-custom items).
  • Condition Check: Items must return to us in the same condition they left—unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • No-Go Zones: Custom builds, personalized gear, and clearance items are final sale (once you equip it, it’s bound to your character).

Refunds

  • Once your return makes it back to HQ, we’ll inspect it and send you a confirmation.
  • Approved refunds will be sent back through your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).

Exchanges

  • Want to swap for a different size, style, or item? We’re happy to help! If the new item costs more, you’ll just cover the difference.
  • Shipping both ways is up to the customer unless the issue was on our end.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your loot arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
  • Depending on the situation, we’ll send a replacement, issue a refund, or offer another solution to get you back in the game.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake.
  • Original shipping costs aren’t refundable (we can’t get those back from the couriers, sadly).
